WSP welcomes applications for civil and structural inspectors to join our infrastructure team.
A normal week includes:
* Interact with clients and contractor staff to identify and verify project requirements.
* Prepare inspection reports and site records.
* Conduct civil/structural tests.
* Provide general inspection of all construction work and sub-contracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
* Identify non-conforming actions, generate reports and corrective actions and coordinate responses.
* Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as required.
* Work with engineers to solve project design problems, and perform basic design calculations as required.
* Conducting technical studies, feasibility studies and field investigations
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* bachelor of Civil Engineering
* At least 7 years working experience in construction supervision projects ideally in airports or complex commercial buildings
* The membership of the body is valid
