Role:

Sell ​​Ooredoo services, upgrade price plans, and don’t affect Ooredoo customers with new sales offers. Maintaining existing relationships and achieving the monthly target, especially customers who rated “Ooredoo High Value Customers”.

Main responsibilities and activities:

– Selling Ooredoo services and products (postpaid activation, mobile phone accessories or any other products offered by the company in connection with telecommunications, etc.) through market channels.
Selling Ooredoo products and services to potential customers as “high value consumers”.
Leveraging a creative, innovative mindset and skilled personality to close deals and achieve the goal set by Ooredoo.
Take the initiative to stay well informed with the latest expertise in the relevant field.
– independently develop sales plans for potential customers; Refer to line manager when necessary.
Provide ongoing support to “existing and new” clients by preparing reports and obtaining approvals when necessary.
– Follows procedure for activating lines, services and transferred customers which ensures minimum delay in order to meet subscriber’s expectations and follow the Sales Verification (KYC) process.
Optimizing customer feedback through written reports on challenges and inquiries.
– Ensure high standards of quality and customer service.
Ensure that drawers are opened and closed daily in accordance with Ooredoo financial standards.
Before closing the cash register or cash drawer, the employee and branch manager must ensure that all transactions are in place.
Handling cash in store as well as collecting daily sales and other necessary reports.
Receive payments and issue receipts for sales items and existing accounts, while ensuring the accuracy of transactions and the correctness of data entry into the financial system.
– Report on the collection of the transaction on a daily basis according to the financial transaction.
– Ensure that all submitted transactions and application matches without any difference
– Reporting and delivery of daily cash and credit card vouchers for Ooredoo services that require apps
Continuously attend all trainings and directions specified by the management.
Ensure that all signatures made by the employee and the client are on the required places on the SAF.
– Ensure that all transactions are properly checked; In order to submit to the main office daily to avoid any irregularity.
– Signed SAF must be sent back to CCQC and a scanned copy is uploaded into RAS as an attachment fill
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in the relevant area of ​​expertise.
Other duties as directed by the supervisor or other superiors that facilitate branch operations and assist in the absence of the branch manager or team leader.
Increase the sale and promotion of the company’s digital platforms and direct customers to process their core services through them.
Contribute to the management’s communication plan by attending regular team meetings and events and preparing required reports.

qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent discipline from a recognized institution.
