Manama, October 21 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, praised the high professionalism of the reports of the Audit Bureau, stressing that the work of the Bureau reflects a high level of transparency, being one of the most important features of the prosperous reign of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, which contributes to strengthening the governance of The performance of ministries and state departments.
This came during Al-Saleh’s speech during his reception here today, Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, the Auditor General of the State Audit Bureau, who presented him with a copy of the eighteenth annual report of the National Financial Supervisory Authority 2020-2021.
The Speaker of the Shura Council valued the efforts made by the Audit Bureau to prepare the report, praising the cooperation of all state departments in providing the required information and data, in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince. He stressed the importance of addressing the aspects addressed in the report, by avoiding them, implementing the recommendations contained in the report, and following up on the measures taken in this regard.
