Manama, September 4 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on the occasion of the International Day of Charity, which is celebrated on the fifth of September each year.
