Manama, March 24 (BNA) The Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the Halan military complex, which houses the United Nations mission and foreign diplomatic missions near Mogadishu International Airport in the Federal Republic of Somalia. The attack resulted in a number of dead and wounded.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Somalia, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured. He affirmed the Kingdom’s support for Somalia in its efforts to root out terrorism and dry up its funding sources.
