Manama, March 24 (BNA) Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa received the head of the regional delegation of the Red Cross for the Gulf Cooperation Council, Omar Odeh. The visit was attended by the health doctor inside the detention centers, Dr. Muhammad Al-Sharbaji, the protection representative in the mission, Ali Abdullah, and the mission representative, Muhammad Abbas.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior welcomed the guests for the visit, which comes within the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed between the Ministry of Interior and the mission. He expressed his thanks and appreciation for the cooperation between the two sides, praising the mission’s role in consolidating human rights cultures and building the capabilities of the workforce.
The head of the mission expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Undersecretary, wishing more cooperation to exchange experiences between the two parties.
