Role:

Implement and design performance management, compensation and reward strategies to maintain a performance-based organization to meet current and future business needs and consistent with the organization’s required internal balance and external market position as well as established policies and procedures.

Ensure that all HR information systems are improved and updated and align with company operations to provide better internal customer services.

Main responsibilities and activities:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the topic relevant to fine particles.
Lead and monitor the performance management cycle.
Manage account management and provide quarterly feedback and required reports to major shareholders.
– Develop communication plans for the mid-year and end-of-year review.
Ensure that objectives, KPIs and scorecards are set correctly and sequenced.
– Completing the mid-year review according to the agreed plan.
Complete the year-end review as per the agreed plan.
Ending the distribution of classification according to the compulsory distribution of the company.
Support the HR leadership in planning and managing the HR budget.
Manage the salary plan cycle and bonus system and provide analytics for the required data.
Supervising sending bonus messages and changing status.
Recommends improvements to performance management. Project management focused on improving human resources and performance management systems.
Ensure that human resources reports are accurate and timely.
Ensure that the data entered into the system is complete.
Automation of HR processes and procedures.
Recommending appropriate controls for system users according to job responsibilities. Collect and evaluate benchmark survey results to ensure that Ooredoo’s long- and short-term compensation programs are current and competitive; Make a recommendation accordingly.
– Updating compensation and benefits processes and procedures to ensure fair and equitable salary rates among Ooredoo employees and in preparing job offers for new hires.
Review and recommend compensation for job offers for new employees.
Process annual payment for airline tickets for eligible employees. Establishing and organizing periodic ceremonies to honor distinguished employees.
Recommending the design and development of appropriate reward and recognition programs for employees.
Providing the Human Resources Committee with accurate information about the employees to assist them in the selection process. Design, create and update business reports, including but not limited to:
HR employee details
– employee cost reports
– Employee position and salary progress report.
– Distribution of employee classification.
Performance management status report. Design and update PMR related processes.
Review and update employee benefits and compensation accordingly to align with the market.

qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree

other information:
Years of experience required based on the progression ladder in human resources
Excellent understanding of computer/data systems.
High knowledge of HR practices.
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, rules, statutes and laws
Ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service and accountability for program results
– Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and oral.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, etc.
Ability to work in a diverse multicultural and multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
