Job purpose:
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the localization and revitalization of regional and global marketing campaigns on owned channels; Coordinating with regional and international teams and owning partnerships in Qatar. You will manage performance, partnerships, communication, CRM, and subscription programs across the country. You will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to implement these plans and ensure that Deliveroo becomes synonymous with Qatar’s most popular food.

Main responsibilities:
• Work with the marketing team to define and implement the optimal restaurant and convenience marketing strategy, in line with city strategy, channels and budget allocation.
• Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels – from campaigns dedicated to driving growth with specific demographics.
• Possess cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders including the PR, Partnerships, CRM and Performance team to develop integrated campaigns with clear and consistent objectives, messages and CTAs across touch points.
• Define marketing, promotion, and campaign KPIs, monitor and report on their performance, and share experiences with local and global marketing and commercial teams as well as partners on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Measure and monitor the impact and effectiveness of campaigns, and communicate results and recommendations to business for improvements.
• Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders (internal/external) and achieving agreed objectives. She will maintain Qatar’s consumer partnerships strategy and work closely with regional and global teams to improve impact and ensure opportunities to maximize revenue generation.

requirements:
• At least 5 years of marketing experience with restaurants, convenience and/or food and beverage brands
• Knowledge and experience working in Qatar – Marketing to consumers and working with business partners, mandatory
• Comfortable beginner’s position with constant change
• A creative problem solver who can think about things analytically
• Demonstrate ability to think strategically with an understanding of a long-term business vision balanced with short-term realism
• A proven track record of getting things done – getting results quickly and efficiently
• A proactive, do-able attitude, full of great ideas and able to get things done independently
• Great commercial awareness and ability to quickly differentiate between the most impactful tasks/projects
• Ability to influence and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Great affinity for the food sector, understanding customer segmentation, and insight into current food trends
• Written and spoken Arabic is essential
