WSP is looking for a Senior Design Director – Infrastructure to support our projects at Neom.
Your new role, what is your role?
* The Design Manager will be responsible for coordinating with employers internal stakeholders and managing the development of the initial asset summaries and the various consultancy efforts involved to implement the design of the assets and infrastructure required to meet the requirements of the employer for their sector.
Candidates lead the coordination of consultants designs in terms of the summary of required assets and stakeholder requirements to ensure that the design is properly developed and that the required information is produced in a timely manner to enable construction.
* During the construction phase, they must continue to monitor the design and ensure that the aspirations of the employer are met and all stakeholder requirements are met.
* The Design Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all employer design protocols are considered and that necessary information is produced and provided when the project is handed over the problem to the employer’s operations team.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related subject
*15+ years of design experience preferred
* Infrastructure design management (ie the surrounding infrastructure around tall buildings)
*Hospitality experience
* Structure / building / high-rise tower
* I was part of the design team leading the delivery of large projects in the Middle East
* Transferable Iqama
* PMC
