the opportunity
We are looking for a SAP Technical Engineer (Migration), Senior Manager / Manager, to join our rapidly growing Technical Consulting team. The role will be in the Jordan Resource Center. While the role will be based in Oman, projects will be expected to travel to other locations in the Middle East and North Africa and mainly the GCC for regional projects, for up to 70% of the time.

To be the technical leader for planning and analyzing the current environment and the target environment, designing migration solutions, and implementing migration efforts
S4 . Implementation and Transformation Engineering
It is imperative to have technical presales experience of SAP Cloud solutions with realistic solutions that include SAP hardware scaling and SAP landscape design.
Has significant experience designing and implementing SAP infrastructure for business applications, specific knowledge of SAP market offerings/capabilities (eg Hyperscaler – AWS, Azure)
Technical skill requirements
Minimum 4-6 years experience in pre-sales cycle, 6-10+ years BASIS, HANA experience required.
Solid SAP experience in analyzing, designing, proposing and delivering SAP Technical Architecture solutions on public and private cloud
Experience required in S/4HANA transfer – Minimum of two end-to-end transfers.
It is good to have S/4HANA conversion certified experience in S/4HANA conversion readiness activities
Experience in S/4HANA conversion (1709, 1809, 1909, 2010), OS/DB migration, installation, patching, upgrade, system copy
Experience with heterogeneous migrations to HANA (SOH Migration) using DMO experience in SAP Sizing for HANA Edition, Classic Edition, S/4HANA Cloud Edition
Any public cloud certificate
Must demonstrate a full understanding of SAP HANA principles, fundamentals, public cloud infrastructure, theories, concepts and techniques
– SAP Basics and Security Expert
– mastering English language
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Communicate efficiently and have a team spirit, balanced with a healthy sense of independence
