Our client is a treatment center that offers treatment programs for children with autism, ADHD, speech impairment and more disorders. They are currently looking for a PR and Marketing Specialist to be based in Bahrain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implementation and development of marketing strategy and campaigns. Identify opportunities, trends and features to help grow new potential clients and expand the company’s reach across the Middle East.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain reporting metrics on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact.
• Responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing communications strategies to achieve the Centre’s objectives
• Overall brand management (including all digital channels) and reputation among all internal and external stakeholders
• Develop a structured approach to marketing the center’s unique offering to increase customer numbers in line with the center’s strategic plan
• Work closely with the Operations and Management team to support their activities and proactively align strategies and activities
• Social Media Management: Develop, implement and manage social media strategy and content creation.
• Managing digital marketing strategy and web presence.
• Plan, develop and create a range of internal and external promotional materials to support the marketing and communications plan
• Maintaining and building the brand identity and ensuring that all stakeholders experience one comprehensive brand and consistent messaging across all channels.
• Develop and lead a positive public relations campaign around key brand and record drivers – including liaison with the local press
• Work with the registration team to develop and lead the implementation of registration activities.
• Manage the marketing budget, analyze key performance indicators of marketing investments and performance, and report to management
Qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing/Business Administration with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Preferred)
• Media communication experience is a plus
• Sound understanding of marketing principles, strategies and concepts.
• Specific social media and digital content management experience
• Sound understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms
• Experience in developing, maintaining and delivering established marketing strategies to meet the objectives of the Centre.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Maintaining internal and external professional relationships to manage and promote the core values of the Centre.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven track record of taking initiatives and contributing to the implementation of new marketing strategies.
• Confident, presentable, clear and dynamic personality.
• Strong communication and administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills.
• Behavioral Skills – Team spirit is self-motivated, adaptable, flexible, methodical, innovative and strong.
• Must be a native Arabic speaker
