Supporting the business unit with HR initiatives and processes
* Work with a business leader to develop a culture of work and engagement
* Identify areas for change and improvement
Managing the human resource operations of the business unit supporting recruitment, training and performance management
* Work as part of the HR Matrix team and collaborate with peer HRBPs across the group
Job offer
The role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Salary 20-25 thousand plus annual bonus
* At least 5 years experience in HR with 2 years in an HRBP role
* To be a Saudi national
* Bachelor’s degree and ideally a human resources certificate
