Description
* Supervising the maintenance work of buildings and land for projects from a civil perspective
* Broad scope of service supervision to ensure work is carried out across communities, including maintenance, landscaping, building repairs, and small projects.
* Ensure that civil works are carried out at the highest levels
* Identify opportunities that will continually improve all aspects of engineering operations
* Directs FM service providers on civil works and monitors work completion and standards.
* Support the development of any small business projects and implement contracts management.
