Job purpose:
We are looking for a talented individual to join our passenger operations department to manage the team responsible for supporting our growing passenger fleet. The team is responsible for everything that gets our passengers on the road and is critical to ensuring that the fleet has everything they need to succeed in their roles.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop and implement robust performance management and reporting processes
• Monitor all rider costs in line with budget
• Rider Payment Cycle Management
• Ensure that all inbound passenger inquiries comply with Service Level Agreements and analyze all inbound passenger inquiries to determine efficiency gains where appropriate
• Create new initiatives to strengthen our community of riders and improve rider satisfaction
• Planning and managing quarterly passenger events
• Oversee the management of our passenger microsite
• Manage a comprehensive inventory and fleet management system
requirements:
• Experience working with complex teams and people from diverse backgrounds/nationalities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Impeccable and elegant written English with an adaptable tone.
• A driven and confident personality, who can maintain her composure in crises.
• Ability to communicate effectively and both present and critique ideas and opinions.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to put your hands together.
• Strong ability with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalent, and keen eye for data.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
