SEA, Turkish GETAS sign MoU

Manama, October 10 (BNA) The President of the Sustainable Energy Authority, Dr. Abdul-Hussein bin Ali Mirza, and Aykut Erdogan, CEO of the Turkish group Getas, signed a memorandum of understanding.

The agreement aims to support the implementation of renewable energy initiatives and projects, including building a regional headquarters for solar panel factories with high-quality technologies in the Kingdom.

SEA will benefit from the company’s global experience in the development and energy sector, which will provide opportunities to overcome limited space and contribute to encouraging investment in renewable energy projects in the Kingdom.

The CEO of Getas Group praised the level of development of sustainable energy projects in Bahrain, and stressed the company’s keenness to cooperate and support such projects.
