Manama, October 10 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 1,700.97 points, recording an increase of 1.05 points from the previous close.
This increase is attributed to the rise in the telecom services sector and the financial sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 674.16 points, a decrease of 1.20 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 72 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 3,475,007, with a value of 438,320 BD.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector with 84.59% of the total value of traded securities.
