What will you do:
The Revenue Analyst works directly with the Revenue Manager to maximize hotel revenue through day-to-day management of room inventory and pricing across all segments.
In this role, you will assist in developing and recommending room rates and availability strategies to optimize the best business mix.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for driving analysis, reporting and model development to support better decisions across the business.
-Support RM with daily/weekly/monthly reports as well as custom/project-based reports
Maintaining accuracy of reporting data and enhancing automation efforts in reporting tools
– Maintaining system health and optimum data quality for all systems running daily checks: Opera / CRS / IDEAS / OTA networks.
Ongoing analysis to ensure all revenue is in line with budget, forecast, PACE and market.
Develop Total RM culture (including F&B, SPA and M&E) while developing and supporting reporting tools.
– RM support with short/long term outlook
Your experience and skills include:
2-3 years experience in Hospitality (Reservation)
– Strong communication skills, verbal and written
– Dynamic position can be done
Strong knowledge of Excel (macro, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Experience with Opera (ideas a plus)
– Organized and multi-tasking
– Ability to complete work on deadlines
