My client a reputable consulting firm has an opportunity immediately open for a resident engineer/client representative in Oman. Muscat has experience delivering hospital projects – ranging from 100 to 700 hospital beds.
We are looking for suitable candidates who meet the following criteria:
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum of 15 – 20 years of experience with at least 5 years of client side experience in site supervision roles.
Must have completed at least one major hospital project
Solid understanding of FIDIC, and other contractual issues such as claim and variations..
– Superb communication skills and strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders
Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct a team.
Good face-to-face skills with client and contractor with ability to form strong working relationships.
