ACCU PROPERTIES, LLC is a company based in the Emirates of Dubai.

With pride and humility, I am Jihad Mashaka – Managing Director of ACCU PROPERTIES. My journey started 20 years ago when I was a young man who came from Lebanon to Dubai as an expat. I carried the dream of my life the whole way and started moving towards it as its realization approached.

The road to a dream has never been easy. Slipping can occur off-road, but not the entire road. What hurts the most are those red lights that stopped me for so long. Sometimes I had to go in the opposite direction until you ended at the point where you first started. And sometimes it just happened that the same thing kept repeating itself over and over again, causing the pain to increase by degrees…so you can imagine!

However, I walked my way despite all the circumstances. Ignoring unpleasant events, avoiding pain aside, and looking for opportunities though small, were enough to build hope inside me again.
