Job description and summary

• Manage e-learning and digital projects from planning to delivery while working with clients and delivering the final product as per their requirements
• Design, build and implement web-based multimedia development solutions that use educational methods that best match the content and learning needs of participants.
• Develop curricula, course materials, and assessment techniques that meet specific learning objectives.
• Supports the design and implementation of projects.
• Conducts and supports personal training modules when necessary.
• Provides topic support for appropriate areas.
• Proactively collaborates with team members and other internal clients to design and implement the most effective development solutions.
• Provides technology and project management support to support management initiatives.
• Helps develop strategies for e-learning initiatives.
• Encourage innovation in the use of e-learning and teacher-led training (ILT) throughout the curriculum.
• Reviews teaching and learning programs to aid their potential for online delivery and advises on curriculum areas that can be redesigned/improved using e-learning.

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• More than 5 years in the management of e-learning and digital projects.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Gomo and other e-learning authoring tools
• Experience in developing web-based applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Learning Management System (LMS) and Edtech Experience.
• Experience in programming with PHP, Python or .Net is an added advantage
• Experience in graphic design and multimedia is a big advantage
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
• The ability to perform the basic functions of the job as described above.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under strict time frames.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal clients, both in writing and orally.
• Demonstrated ability to be organized and detailed oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to meet production deadlines.
• Demonstrate presentation skills.
• Familiarity with 360, captivating, Adobe suite, etc.
