* Provide leadership and accountability for the delivery of all infrastructure related projects.
* Implement the approach to keep the project on time or ahead of schedule
* Oversees project budget and ensures quality is maintained and achieved
Implement cost- and time-effective methodologies to ensure successful project completion
*Manage construction managers
* Technical and non-technical teams can be contacted
* A different action response plan can be developed and implemented within the project if necessary
*Must be able to review and approve/reject offers
* Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding the various phases of the project
* Supervising the technical and non-technical departments to follow up on the progress of the project until its completion

* Bachelor of Engineering
* At least 10 years of experience with at least two (2) years working on mega projects.
* Direct communication with executive level management and stakeholders.
* Direct experience in the delivery of related infrastructure projects including potable water, waste water, transportation, public buildings and utilities
*Must have held a senior position for at least 6 years
Experience in delivering a variety of projects with a focus on infrastructure projects
* GCC experience is a must
*Must have a high-value portfolio that covers the entire life cycle of the project with a focus on delivery
* Saudi nationals are preferred
