The sales representative will be responsible for driving the sales of the entire Oracle Communication portfolio to both service providers and businesses, building and maintaining the required relationship with customers and partners as well as managing the local alliances needed to perform the business efficiently. The primary market will be Saudi Arabia, and may extend to other countries in the region, at Oracle’s discretion.

Responsibilities:

– Sell Oracle Communication products by actively creating and developing new sales opportunities as well as managing and growing existing proven customer base,
Develop targeted account sales strategies through direct touch, with support from VAD(s) and VAR(s) whenever required,
Deep understanding of the available offerings, including functional and business aspects, market trends, local business characteristics and prospects for its development,
Develop and maintain relationships with target accounts at all levels and functions necessary to conduct business efficiently,
– Building a feasibility study for the adoption of Oracle Communication’s value proposition in the designated market,
Work closely with all relevant Oracle teams, such as Marketing, Sales Consulting, Alliances and Channels, ISRs, etc., on implementing market strategy, ensuring appropriate coverage of customers and partners, as well as efficiently closing sales opportunities,
– Presenting sales presentations, workshops and preparing presentations to clients and partners,
– Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas, forecast accurately, adhere to sales methodology and all applicable sales processes,
Comply with all Oracle practices for doing business applicable in the covered market.

Experience/Qualifications:

High energy, success, self-motivation and ability to coordinate a market team,
– Convenient and efficient both sales “hunter” and “farmer”.
Focus on building a large pipeline, capable of properly qualifying opportunities and identifying and implementing a winning strategy,
– 8+ years of experience, track record of successful selling – achieving or exceeding targets – telecom solution for either service provider or enterprise customers, it is good to have experience working with channel partners,
– an excellent network of contacts between clients – broad (functional) and deep (hierarchical),
Solid knowledge of the communications industry and market landscape, understanding of Oracle Communications offerings, familiarity with competitive market play and proficiency in developing counter strategies,
– Superb communication skills, ability to master complexity, work discipline and great teamwork skills,
– Work under pressure.
