Guildhall works with a reputable private office in Qatar looking to locate an office manager to support the Chairman in a variety of business activities.
Working closely with the Chairman, you will provide extensive proactive support to business, departments and public relations and ensure that the entire office is running smoothly.
No two days will be the same. On behalf of the Chairman, you will prioritize and manage multiple requests, coordinate meetings and appointments with ever-changing schedules, as well as manage complex travel and correspondence arrangements.
You will have the opportunity to participate in various events and projects. From overseeing all arrangements in posts to helping the operations team streamline business, you’ll expand your skills while supporting the team’s core work.
By appearing across the organization, you will communicate daily with colleagues at all levels, and build relationships with a range of external contacts and key stakeholders.
You will always be working on high profile projects so attention to detail and reputation will always be a priority.
salary:
25,000 to 35,000 QR per month, including fixed allowances.
In order to excel in this role, applicants must have the following experience, qualifications and skills:
Experience as an assistant manager or similar role
– Experienced in evaluating employees
Good mathematical skills with ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Leadership and organizational capabilities
– Interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving attitude
Flexibility to work on weekends
– Able to travel internationally
– BA/BA in Business Administration or related field; MA / MA Plus
