Personal Assistant to the General Manager
You are multi-tasking and able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties in support of the General Manager. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and solve problems, and brief the team on your various projects.

What will you do:
Organize and implement administrative systems and procedures, and perform necessary support duties
Act as the primary source of information for the team
Preparing and maintaining records of the General Manager
Your experience and skills include:
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize work in a multi-interest environment
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with care
Proficiency in the use of a variety of computer programs
