what are you going to do
Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for designing, implementing and leading engagement activities with the group of employees.
Partnership with key stakeholders (e.g. People Experience Communities, People Partners, Business Managers, etc.) in designing, facilitating and leading engagement activities in various offices, warehouses and malls across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Lead, empower and inspire the experience of people and cultural communities in achieving their goals
Identify people facing challenges and pain points through focus groups and drive implementation of the action plan
Design, create and share reports on employee engagement and other people’s experience activities to provide useful business insights
– Source and drive welfare initiatives across Saudi Arabia and support the localization of collective welfare initiatives for the Saudi Arabian market
Business support in initiating and following up anyone’s diagnostic exercise (eg surveys, health checks, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
Comprehensive management (from conceptualization to ROI) of people culture and experience projects (i.e. planned and customized)
Collaborate with internal communications on overall marketing and communications for various people’s culture and culture initiatives
