Situation Summary

As a Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee the execution of payroll activities to ensure that they are carried out accurately and according to the PY calendar: PY Calculation, Reconciliation, Posting, Payroll Reporting.

a day in the life of

Ensure that payroll is run every month as per the calendar, validate the bank transfer file and ensure that salaries are paid according to the schedule.
Reconcile payroll results and ensure that postings are carried out according to finance deadlines.
Ensure tax and social security matches and legal reports and ensure internal controls for audit purposes are in place and documented.
Oversees all sub-processes of payroll to ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of activities carried out due to service level agreements. Analyzes periodic reports
Define and monitor implementation of PY’s plans and objectives, in line with H2R strategies.
Monitor performance service level agreements (SLAs) and service indicators (KPIs);
Lead action plans to correct deviations in services and improve the process.
Identifies and leads the resolution of issues in the team that affect performance or service in a collaborative manner with other service line within H2R and the markets being served
Responsible for escalating the case and settling disputes
Ensuring continuous cooperation with the human resources management team in the continuous improvement of the current process and achieving stability in the quality of service provided.
Handling operational meeting with markets to monitor KPI and follow procedures to improve service level.
– Coach and lead projects to maintain and improve overall payroll activities.
– Promote and support NCE awareness. Leverage and capture NCE capabilities through the use of Daily Operational Reviews/Weekly Operational Reviews/Monthly Operational Reviews/GSTD

At least 3 years of experience in payroll or HR field.

– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
