Pakistan’s Religious Affairs Minister visits Ahmed Al-Fateh Islamic Centre

Manama, November 2 (BNA) The Pakistani Minister of Religious Affairs, Mufti Abdul Shakur Sardar Khan, visited Ahmed Al-Fateh Islamic Center, where he was received by the Head of the Religious Guidance Department Sheikh Farhat Al-Kindi.


During the visit, the Pakistani minister was briefed on the features and facilities of the Ahmed Al-Fateh Islamic Center, which is the largest mosque in the Kingdom and is characterized by its wonderful Islamic architectural style.


He toured the historical monument, expressing his admiration for the urban style, designs and Islamic inscriptions of the Al-Fateh Grand Mosque, which is a cultural landmark that reflects an aspect of the urban and civilized progress of the Kingdom.


The Pakistani Minister is visiting the Kingdom to participate in the “Bahrain Dialogue Forum: East and West for Human Coexistence”, which will be held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on 3-4 November.
