Jeddah, March 26 (BNA): The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation strongly condemned the provocative burning of copies of the Noble Qur’an, which took place in two different places in Copenhagen, Denmark, next Friday. 24, 2023.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the General Secretariat of the Organization of the Islamic Conference considered that these provocations, which are carried out by extreme right-wing individuals and groups under the pretext of freedom of expression, spread hatred and intolerance and target Islam and Muslims.
The Organization of the Islamic Conference called on the Danish authorities to take the necessary measures against the perpetrators of these hate crimes and to prevent such provocations.
