Manama, Mar. 26 (BNA): The Shura Council Office extended its sincere congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan. Wishing Bahrain and the Arab and Islamic nations a happy new year, on this blessed occasion.
The Shura Council office, convened here today under the chairmanship of Shura Council Speaker Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, expressed its pride in His Majesty the King’s praise for the important role played by the legislative authority in promoting the development process and consolidating the democratic process.
The office also highly valued the directives of His Majesty King Hamad while receiving the Speaker of the Shura Council, the Speaker of Parliament, their deputies and chairmen of committees.
The Shura Council Court praised the outstanding success achieved by the Kingdom’s hosting of the 146th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and related meetings, noting that it added a new milestone to the national and democratic achievements that the Kingdom achieved during the reign of His Majesty the King. .
