Responsible for auditing the guest ledger, including all transactions in it, as well as the guest ledger daily balance, since there is no separate restaurant auditor. He/she is responsible for auditing all revenue.

What will you do:
– Organizing and controlling all matters related to the job.
Proper hair care at all times
Attending training sessions as per schedule
Demonstrate the utmost cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
– Familiar with daily activities and has product knowledge of all hotel facilities
Review all daily room charges and local telephone charges (where automatic switchboards are used) for guest ledger.
Audit all other charges for the day previously published in the guest ledger.
Audit guest ledger fees from all departments and balance to control statements (food and beverage cashier reports, long-distance pass-throughs, laundry control sheets, etc.)
– Night Auditor is required to check room rates and get Night Manager’s signature confirming all room rates are correct as per booking card and approval.
– Determine end-of-day ledger balances from control numbers
– Prepare a nightly list of all guest ledger balances in excess of the preset balance (usually room sales for one week).
Ensure that the credit card sale is compatible with the system postings.
– Ensure that C/L Bills are intact with all supporting characters and BTC.
Your experience and skills include:
Have at least one (1) year experience in a similar role.
Has the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Has the ability to communicate effectively with the team and present it consistently.
– Fluency in English is mandatory.
