Manama, July 16 (BNA): The Governor of the capital, Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, received Issa Al-Shayji, President of the Bahrain Journalists Association, and a number of members of the Board of Directors.
He welcomed the attendees, congratulating them on their victory in the recent BJA elections.
He praised the great efforts made by the association in advancing journalism and media by adopting topics related to serving the country and citizens through professionalism and credibility. He wished them all success in their new duties.
The President of the Bahrain Journalists Syndicate thanked the Governor of the capital for his support to journalists and media professionals in Bahrain.
