Real Estate Regulatory Authority holds meeting

Manama, June 21 (BNA): The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) held its third board meeting this evening.

The Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf, chaired the meeting, appreciating His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for their support to the real estate sector.

He appreciated the sponsorship of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Cityscape real estate exhibition, which was held from 14 to 16 June.

The RERA Board of Directors also expressed its thanks and appreciation to the Chairman of the Survey and Land Registration Authority, Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee of the Cityscape Bahrain Real Estate Exhibition.

The Board of Directors also commended Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa for his support to the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) in achieving its objectives.

During the meeting, Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, gave a detailed presentation on the latest developments in the work of the Agency.

The Board of Directors discussed the latest developments in delayed real estate projects, and the measures taken to ensure their implementation and completion in a manner that guarantees the rights of all investors.
