Sunni Endowments announces mosques for Eid Al Adha prayer

Manama, June 22 (BNA): Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council, Dr. Sheikh Rashid bin Muhammad Al-Hajri, announced that Eid Al-Adha prayers will be held at 5:07 am on the first day of Eid.

The Chairman and members of the Sunni Endowment Council and employees of the Sunni Endowment Department extended their sincere congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Bahrainis. On the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, we wish them and the Arab and Islamic nations all the best.

And the endowments affirmed the readiness of Eid mosques throughout Bahrain to receive worshipers.

The Mosques Committee formed by the Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council,

And I announced the distribution of the Eid chapel and mosques after the meeting I held in this regard as follows:



East of Al-Hidd, “Al-Qulai’ah Neighborhood”, Block 120, and the following mosques will be closed: (Boshin Neighborhood Cabin) and Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Khaja.

Hidd, Block 111. Near Khalifa Park Mosque will be closed.

Arad Fort: No nearby mosques will be closed.

Muharraq, near Muharraq Cemetery, and the following mosques will be closed: Hamad Ali Kanoo, Al-Qawi Al-Kabeer Mosque, and Fatima Al-Houti.

Shouting, Busaiteen. Closure of the Mothers of the Believers Mosque.

Salmaniya. Ahmed bin Hassan Mosque will be closed.

The following mosques will be closed: East Riffa (Riffa Fort) Grand Mosque, Sheikha Lolwa bint Faris Al Khalifa, Sheikh Salman Grand Mosque, and Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Ghatam.

North Riffa (Istiqlal Walk). Abu Al-Fath Mosque will be closed.

Al-Hajiyyat, Block 939: No nearby mosques will be closed.



10. Heritage Village, Askar: No nearby mosques will be closed.

11. Closing Horat Sanad and the following mosques: Sharifa Al-Awadi, Fatima Bint Ali Mosque, Khaled Bin Al-Walid Mosque.

12. New Ramli Residential, Block 715: No nearby mosques will be closed.

13. Hamad Town Youth Center, Roundabout 2. Closing the Ramla Bint Abi Sufyan Mosque in the First Circle.

14- In front of Hamad Kano Health Center, Roundabout 17, and the following mosques will be closed: Musab bin Omair, Issa Muhammad Ali, Muawiyah bin Abi Sufyan.

15. Badia. Closure of Abdul Aziz Al-Mousa Mosque.

16. Salman City. The cabin of the Salman City Mosque will be closed.

Eleven mosques will be allocated to non-Arabic speaking communities in all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The Sunni Endowments Council said that it had prepared and equipped Eid mosques with furniture, equipment and supplies necessary to receive worshipers.

The Council expressed its sincere thanks and gratitude to all government agencies that cooperated in the preparation of Eid mosques: the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Information Affairs, the Electricity and Water Authority, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, the Ministry of Interior. Youth and Sports Affairs, the General Sports Authority, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, government hospitals, the Bahrain Authority for Culture, and volunteer teams for the success of preparing Eid mosques and their role in community service.
