iGA, Youth Ministry to highlight ” eShabab” services

Manama, July 23 (BNA): The Information and e-Government Authority (iGA), in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, invited the public to join the live session ‘iGA Live’ on their Instagram account, which will talk about the eShabab application, on Monday at 11 am.

The Information & eGovernment Authority launched “iGA Live” sessions to enhance awareness of e-services and projects provided through the national portal and the application on the e-government application store.

The session will focus on the eShabab application, which was developed by the Information and eGovernment Authority in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, and will present its set of features such as the programs and events organized by the Ministry and the option of users to register for these programs or add them to their calendars; Youth City 2030 program inquiries; Submitting volunteer requests through Sawed service. And review the list of challenges facing government agencies and submit proposals to solve them through the “adviser” service.

The aim of the virtual session is to give young people an opportunity to share their suggestions and ask questions about the application and other online services.

It aims to highlight the importance of effective communication with all segments of society and the importance of providing direct and online channels that enable effective participation and contribution to the development process.
