Manama, June 24 (BNA): Minister of Public Works, Ibrahim bin Hassan Al-Hawaj, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Rethisri Wijeratne Mendis.
The minister praised the Bahraini-Sir Lankan ties and Sir Lankan skills in the field of works and construction.
He expressed the Ministry’s intention to make use of Sir Lankan’s skills.
The ambassador praised the relations of the two countries and stressed the importance of strengthening them in order to achieve the aspirations of the two countries and their peoples.
She praised the efforts of the Ministry of Works in the field of upgrading Bahrain’s infrastructure, noting the development and progress that the Kingdom is witnessing in various fields.
