London, July 4 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with His Royal Highness Prince William of Wales at Windsor Castle.
The meeting came on the sidelines of an official visit of His Royal Highness to the United Kingdom.
His Highness highlighted the strength of the British-Bahraini relations, which extend for more than 200 years, and will continue to deepen in line with the aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Highness conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the President of the Commonwealth of Nations, and His Royal Highness Prince William of Wales. His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa also wished continued success and prosperity for the United Kingdom and its citizens.
His Highness pointed out the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation across various fields in order to reach common aspirations.
They also discussed regional and international issues of common interest.
The meeting was also attended by His Excellency Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.
