Manama, June 12 (BNA): The Jaafari Endowments Council provided support and sponsorship to all places of worship and all religious seasons by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, with follow-up from the government headed by His Royal Highness Prince. In a statement issued today, it praised the role played by the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and all relevant official authorities in supporting religious rituals.
The head of the Jaafari Endowments Council, Youssef bin Saleh Al-Saleh, urged scholars, preachers of mosques and other platforms to take advantage of the teachings of Islam to strengthen national unity, and adhere to the pure spirit of Husseini during the upcoming Ashura season.
