Manama, June 26 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified Law No. (7) of 2023 and issued it annulling Article (353) of the Penal Code promulgated by Decree Law No. (15) of 1976 after its approval. by the Shura Council and the House of Representatives.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of the law, and it shall come into effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
