Ambassador Miyamoto affirmed his country’s keenness to enhance friendship, cooperation and exchange of experiences with the Kingdom of Bahrain in various fields to achieve the common interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.

The Japanese ambassador reviewed part of his professional career and diplomatic experiences since joining the Japanese Foreign Ministry forty years ago, pointing to the ministry’s interest in teaching its young diplomatic cadres other foreign languages.

He touched on Japan’s foreign policy, and its awareness of the importance of the Middle East region from the political, security and economic aspects, especially after the Second World War, stressing his country’s keenness to strengthen relations with the countries of the region and maintain their security. stability and prosperity.
