Job description and summary
A career in management and secretarial services within MERC Consulting will give you an opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC staff. You will focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receive and direct incoming calls or emails to appropriate parties, arrange business trips, track expenses, and coordinate meeting arrangements.

responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a problem-solving team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business problems from strategy to implementation. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Financial

– stick to budget

Client

– Diary management
– Comprehensive online diary management, appointment booking, meeting arrangement, and updates as required
Ensure that executives arrive at meetings on time with appropriate documentation
Act as a backup in managing the diaries of executives and other managers when their EAs are not available
– Manage calls
– Process and screen calls for manager/executives
– Take and pass messages to the Executive at the right time
– Email management
Monitor executives’ email boxes when they are out of the office or in meetings and take action
– CRM
Maintain and build good working relationships with executive clients and their assistants via phone and email
– Assist other expert advisors during busy periods

Proactive planning of meetings and follow-up actions (required documents and papers …)
– Organizing internal and external local meetings, including organization of restaurants, IT requirements, etc.
– Meet and greet visitors

education

– Bachelor’s degree

language

– Fluency in both Arabic and English languages, both spoken and written

Comprehensive experience

3+ years of experience in a management role

Experience with a professional service company is preferred

Knowledge and skills

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, work regularly on their own, highlight issues and suggest possible solutions
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Good interpersonal skills
