As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of process and equipment. This experience allows you to lead the planning, process development, and implementation of planned maintenance items in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of several technical and non-technical staff, key support contractors, and operations staff.

How will you contribute?

you will:

Partner and enable the line leader(s) to deliver SQCDSM objectives – safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale for the lines, to ensure process stability; Participates in DMS- Meetings of the daily management systems at the shift level
– Possession of technology, process settings, equipment and process central line, and deep technical mastery of process and equipment; Possesses PM-Progressive Maintenance Systems, Work Processes and KPIs for Line/Line Progressive Maintenance PM along with Centerline Management Systems; Owns R & M-Repairs & Maintenance budget for the line
Develop, own and implement line/preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and build team capacity to implement themselves; Building (spends at least 50% of the time) the technical and maintenance skills of technicians working in shifts, so that they can operate and maintain their equipment themselves; Being part of PM Pillar, owning all line-level performance management systems and business process and leading some of them at department level
Partner with the Asset and Reliability team to improve the system and perform special maintenance tasks; Be responsible for line/lines change management, spare parts localization, proper fault analysis, and line/lines R&M cost reduction; The section / fonts / sections are represented as the owner of the site technology in regional and global technology forums
Assisting VSU for new initiatives and empowering the VSU team; Assist the line leader with internal and external benchmarking and re-application; Become an expert on the subject matter of one of the ingredient categories and be an instructor of particle related topics for the factory

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
