This role will focus heavily on recruitment and onboarding and requires someone who is passionate about ensuring that the best people are hired for the team.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working primarily within internal recruitment and internships. You will be able to carry out excellent onboarding processes, ensuring that you continue to be involved with applicants through the pre-joining process to ensure a smooth transition into their role.
In this role, you will be part of a larger HR team that reports directly to the Head of Human Resources. This role suits someone who loves HR and enjoys their time in a very fun and fast paced environment.
To be considered for this role, you must have further education in Business Studies/Human Resources or a similar field with 3-5 years working experience in HR. You should have excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of UAE labor law will be very useful in addition to the qualifications of human resources.
Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish skills are essential for this role.
