Job purpose

The Marketing Manager (Digital/Social Media) is responsible for maintaining content across all hotel sites, including but not limited to restaurants and spa microsites as well as supporting the Digital Marketing Manager for online reputation management.

Basic Responsibilities

Supports digital marketing plans for hotels

Supports the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing the hotel’s digital marketing communication plan.
Ensures effective execution of assigned digital marketing campaigns and projects in a timely manner.

Maintenance of websites and small computers

– Creates and maintains content for the hotel’s main website and the independent websites of selected F&B outlets, Arcade & Spa.

Supports social media awareness

Supports creation of social media pages content for Hotels, Food & Beverage, Arcade & Spa for use in digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and Twitter.
Supports the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing an effective social media influencer program in a timely manner.

Manage the hotel’s online reputation

Supports the Digital Marketing Manager in managing online reputation by coordinating responses to hotels across multiple platforms in a timely manner.

Other responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of digital hotel reports in a timely manner.
– Processing quotations and invoices for the department in a timely manner.
Provide general administrative support to the team.

Profile personly

Knowledge and experience

Minimum holder of diploma and above.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape.
We welcome new graduates. Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
Oral fluency in English and Mandarin with written excellence in English. Ability to speak another language and/or basic understanding of other languages ​​is an advantage.
