Corporate and Commercial Law
Support our affiliates in any contract, corporate or commercial laws.

Legal Risk Management
Protecting Nestlé by minimizing/reducing risks, closing gaps and helping the management of Nestlé subsidiaries in Egypt to flawlessly implement their business objectives.
Develop, implement and manage a strategic plan to provide legal services in line with and supportive of business objectives.
Providing legal advice, assistance and support to businesses
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that when legal risks are identified, appropriate actions are taken to fill in the gaps
Advise on risk management to internal stakeholders

Compliance
Continuously monitor compliance with Nestlé Cumulative Principles and Values, Nestlé operations and policies, and local laws and regulations and advise management accordingly
– Coordinate and report on any and all compliance issues to the MENA Compliance Officer in Dubai.
Implementing the Compliance Program for the MENA region and providing any relevant training to Nestlé employees.

What will make you successful?
– Master of Laws (Business Law / Corporate Law / Commercial Law)
Business law specialist
– Enlisted in the Bar
– Fluency in English
Perfect command of the Arabic language
– Experience of not less than 5 years
Experience in contracts, companies and commercial laws is mandatory
Practicing law in a law firm or as an in-house legal advisor in a multinational company (ideally within a FMCG firm) or a combination of both
