– Teaching using the provided lesson plans (they may also be requested to develop such plans based on the available pace charts as applicable and needed) for their subject(s) in order to be able to teach using the SABIS® Points System.
Correcting exams related to its subject according to the timetable and materials provided by the department.
Discuss disciplinary issues and student performance with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD) as needed.
Implementation of the SABIS® Points System to ensure a conducive environment for learning in the classroom.
Provide support by conducting vigilant testing as needed in an appropriate and properly managed testing environment.
Provide support to students with low academic performance, to help improve and motivate them to reach their potential.
Develop and/or follow up on preparation for external examinations by reviewing previous papers as planned in the structured review schedule (as required for a given score).
Assist with duties that may include testing children, replacing absent teachers, organizing children’s lunches and buses, controlling traffic (vehicles and people), and other administrative tasks that may be assigned to him/her by the SABIS® School Administration.
Prepare and participate in activities plans for all student life related events such as art, open house and physical education in coordination with the student life coordinator.
Attend training courses when needed and as requested by the school management in order to enhance their understanding of the SABIS® system to improve their performance
Perform such other related tasks or projects as they arise and as authorized by the SABIS® Department of the School.

– Bachelor’s degree in a related subject and/or equivalent
– MS Office and MS Teams require components to complete online / on-the-ground teaching
