Evaluate, design and document business processes/e-services in line with BPM design principles, Lean management, Six Sigma principles as well as intelligent automation.
– Develops policy and procedure manuals including process maps, KPIs, forms and functional requirements for systems.
Develop the enterprise process structure/value chain and identify gaps in the process architecture by utilizing standard process classification frameworks.
Define functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, use cases and network frameworks for preparing and developing Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) documents.
Identify use cases for emerging technologies (RPA/AI/Image recognition/Chatbots), as well as prepare demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoCs).
Support in business development by developing business scope and technical approach in BPM and providing intelligent automation service.

Qualifications and requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial/Electrical Engineering is a must.
A very good GPA (3.0 or above 4.0) is mandatory to apply for the job.
Years of Experience: 2 – 4 years related experience.
Experience with documentation process using BPMN 2.0 and hands-on experience designing business process management and execution engines (other than Visio).
Hands-on experience developing bots using any RPA platform.
Experience in object cloning and/or Citrix recording an added advantage.
Certificates in Business Analysis, Six Sigma, RPA an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (orally and in writing), particularly the ability to express concepts and recommendations in written form (PowerPoint kits, Word reports, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Python coding is an added advantage.
– Powerful search and modular ability.
Familiarity with Google scripts and g-suite with hands-on experience developing g-scripts an added advantage.
