Manager – Big 4 – TMT Practice / Riyadh
* Manage business process reengineering engagements to align process designs with TMT industry best practices
* Operating model transformations management to assess and design the target operating model for the future state of TMT customers
* Manage digital transformation programs using innovative technologies, processes, and capabilities to create a digitally enabled operating model
* Management of organizational restructuring programs to assess and design the organizational structures of the future state of TMT clients
* Prepares project plan to meet objectives within established budget and schedule and recognizes when plans should be modified to meet objectives
* Develops budget, scope, and staffing recommendations based on an understanding of client budget and project economics
*Identifies relevant business trends, economic forces, and industry practices and discusses with the client
* Interprets and aggregates data, exercises professional skepticism to challenge data, and identifies meaningful insights to develop recommendations that more effectively support client business objectives
* Ability to identify opportunities and turn them into solutions that drive business value for our clients
* Evaluates the financial aspects of job opportunities. Identifies and identifies the financial and non-financial benefits of the proposed solutions
* Ability to incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations
* Understands the larger ecosystem in which the customer operates; Used to facilitate discussions about potential solutions to a client’s most pressing business problems
* Builds a global network of experts specializing in the selected sector and leverages global safeguards to support sales and engagement endeavours.
* Contributes to the client’s technology agenda based on emerging business and technology trends, competitor landscapes, and leading practices in a functional or sectoral area
* Elevates and adapts analytics solutions to support operating model design
* Uses proven leading practices, value-focused, and industry-specific solutions

*University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, MBA, Master’s Degree or related certificate is an added advantage
* From 6 to 8 years experience in a management consulting firm. Experience in the Big Four companies is an added advantage
* At least 2-3 years of consulting experience with technology, media and telecom clients
* Advanced knowledge of TMT frameworks and best practices including eTOM, DMM and
* Advanced capabilities in process design, organizational restructuring, digital transformation, and operating model
* Ability to apply knowledge of structure, functions, and procedures in solving organizational problems and developing ways to implement prescribed systems with the ability to foresee the impact of recommended or established changes.
* Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
* Willing to work hours as needed to meet customer deadlines and company needs.
* Strong proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
* Ability to think strategically and help organize and manage a multidisciplinary team. Ability to sell additional services to clients
* Ability to perform an extensive search
