Manama, Dec. 25 (BNA): The Labor Market Regulatory Authority carried out a joint inspection campaign in Muharraq Governorate and the Northern Governorate, in coordination with the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs at the Ministry of Interior and Residence Affairs. Muharraq Police Directorate and the Northern Governorates.
The campaign resulted in a number of violations related to the labor market and residency laws being reported, and they were referred to take legal action.
The Labor Market Regulatory Authority affirmed its commitment to reporting any violation through a continuous and intensive inspection plan, in cooperation with the relevant government agencies.
The Labor Market Regulatory Authority has renewed its call to all members of society to support the efforts of government agencies to address illegal labor practices, calling on the public to report violations by filling out the electronic form on the authority’s website www.lmra.bh or calling.
