Seoul, March 16 (BNA): Pinkfong Co., a Korean animation company, said today, Thursday, that it has signed an agreement with the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to cooperate in the field of family entertainment content in the Middle Eastern country.
The creator of the popular children’s song “Baby Shark” and Pinkfong characters signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Ministry of Investment (MISA) at a ceremony held at the Ministry’s building in Riyadh.
Yonhap News Agency reported that this is the first time that a South Korean animation company has signed a memorandum of understanding with MISA.
Under the agreement, the company said, MISA will support Pinkfong Co’s expansion and business development in Saudi Arabia, while the Korean company will share growth strategies and the latest trends in the field of family entertainment with the ministry.
