Manama, February 26 (BNA) The Labor Market Regulatory Authority has implemented four inspection campaigns at the state level in cooperation with the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs of the Ministry of Interior.
The campaign targeted violations of the provisions of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority and the Residency Law in the Kingdom of Bahrain. A number of workers violating regulations and laws were arrested, and legal procedures were initiated.
The authority pointed out that these campaigns aim to develop the work environment and address all practices that affect competitiveness, justice and flexibility, in addition to their negative effects on social security.
